Safe VideoDownloads

About Safe Video Downloads

A straightforward way to prepare supported videos for offline use, with clear limits and respect for creators.

Who we are

Safe Video Downloads is operated by The Alpha 1 Company, based in Nigeria. You can reach us at support@alpha1.ng for service questions, privacy requests, and copyright concerns.

What the service does

You submit a video link from a supported platform. Our server checks the link, queues a request, and attempts to prepare a downloadable file. When processing succeeds, the page shows a temporary download link. The tool works through a web browser and does not require a public user account.

For example, a creator can save a copy of their own public short video for offline review, or someone with the creator’s permission can keep an authorised clip available when their connection is unreliable. Saving a file does not transfer ownership or create permission to repost it.

What to expect

The current service accepts supported YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok links. Source platforms can restrict access, change their formats, or remove videos. Availability is therefore conditional, and we do not promise that every public video will work.

Files are stored temporarily for delivery. We do not maintain a public library of downloaded videos, offer an in-site video feed, or provide private-account access. We also do not bypass DRM or other copy protection. Our guides explain supported links, and our troubleshooting page explains common failures.

Advertising and independence

Advertising may help fund hosting and processing. An advertisement is separate from the download controls; using the tool never requires clicking an ad. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Brand names identify the platforms that links can come from.
