These terms govern use of Safe Video Downloads, operated by The Alpha 1 Company, Nigeria. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit download requests. Questions can be sent to support@alpha1.ng.

Permitted use

Use the service only for content that you own, are authorised to download, or may otherwise lawfully save. You are responsible for checking the source platform’s terms and any licence or restrictions attached to the video. A public link does not establish permission to copy or redistribute content.

You must be able to enter into an agreement under applicable law. If you are a minor, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian and in accordance with applicable age restrictions.

Prohibited use

• Downloading or distributing content in violation of copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• Attempting to bypass DRM, paywalls, account restrictions, or other access protections.
• Submitting unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content.
• Providing account passwords or session cookies through public inputs, or attempting to access administrative endpoints without authorisation.
• Overloading the service, evading rate limits, scanning other users’ download links, or interfering with its operation.
• Using automated bulk requests without our written permission.

Service limits and availability

The service attempts to process supported video links and, where possible, provides a temporary file download or streaming fallback. It does not guarantee that a request will succeed. Platform changes, access restrictions, file limits, network conditions, and server capacity can affect results.

Links expire and files are removed automatically. Keep your original source link and save an authorised file before expiry. We do not provide permanent storage, a content backup guarantee, playlist downloads, or private-account access.

We may limit, suspend, or refuse requests that breach these terms, pose security risks, or exceed available resources. We may change or discontinue features to maintain the service.

Ownership and third-party services

Rights in a video remain with its rights holders. Using this service grants no licence to edit, publish, sell, or redistribute that video. Our original site text and presentation belong to The Alpha 1 Company or their respective licensors.

Platform names identify supported sources. Safe Video Downloads is independent of those platforms. Third-party links and advertisements are controlled by their providers, and an advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser or its products.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes processing of links, job records, connection information, and advertising data. Do not submit confidential links or share a temporary download link if you want to keep access private.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use downloaded files and for maintaining your own authorised copies.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for source-platform removals, expired links, third-party content, or losses arising from misuse of the service to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to mandatory protections that may apply in your location. We may revise the terms as the service changes; the updated date will appear here. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.
