Merging is useful when you need a single application pack, a set of receipts, or several chapters in one document. The pages from each file stay together and keep their original sizes and orientations. The first file in the list becomes the beginning of your merged PDF.

For an application, add your cover letter, form, and supporting documents. Move the cover letter to the top, then the form, then the supporting documents. Check the final page order after downloading.
PDF merge limits and document compatibility
Use 2–20 unencrypted PDFs, totalling at most 50 MB and 500 pages. Bookmarks, attachments, document-level form behaviour, and digital signatures may not survive merging. Work on copies and check important documents in a PDF viewer.
Use files you own or have permission to edit. Your device needs enough free memory to process them; if a browser tab struggles, try fewer or smaller files.

Can I change the page order inside a PDF?
This tool orders whole files. Use Split PDF to extract page groups first, then merge those groups in the order you need.
Does merging compress the PDF?
No. This tool combines pages; it does not optimise scanned images or guarantee a smaller file.
Why is my password-protected PDF rejected?
This release cannot open encrypted PDFs. Use an unencrypted copy that you are authorised to edit.
